This casa is home to the professionalism, dynamism and competence of the Casa della Mandorla company. Nuts and almonds form our cornerstone and our pillars are the various aspects of wellbeing, namely the vitality of company life and the quality of our products, which meet the customer’s requirements for a correct balanced diet. The windows in our house look out onto the world of retail, the HoReCa universe of food and drink and, last but not least, industrial and artisan ice cream.
Casa della Mandorla was set up in 1988, producing candied and roasted almonds, hazelnuts and peanuts for the fruit and vegetable markets and artisan companies.
Casa della Mandorla started to explore the ice cream sector with products that were ideal for making gelato and semifreddo desserts.
During its continual growth on the market, structural limits forced the company to move to larger premises, big enough to house the new production lines.
Quality is paramount for Casa della Mandor-la and the company therefore obtained IFS, BRC and ISO22.000 certification in 2012. The same year saw the launch of ‘Insalata più’, one of the company’s most innovative and successful products.
Cutting-edge new machinery was installed for the production of chopped sugared nuts. The production zone was expanded to make room for this more technological line.
After years of investments in technology and development, the company felt the need to expand and innovate its structure. New offices were built, together with a zone dedicated exclusively for product packaging.
Design of a new visual identity for Casa della Mandorla led to new graphics that interpreted the company’s values of wellbeing, transparency, vitality and evolution with natural colours and an iconic logo.
